Greetings and thanks for taking the time
to have a read of 'my' words!
I am choosing this method to share some 'on the ground' information
that is really only available to those in a position to receive
feedback: I guess that's me!
Guest feedback on our in home catering is that many wish that
they had booked it ahead! I find that when guests have late
check ins or arrive on Public Holidays - some REALLY regret
not having organised an in home dinner or at the very least,
something waiting for them in the fridge!
I believe that this could be because guests often don't realise
how well equipped and 'homey' our residences are: They then
discover that they don't really want to leave!
There are also some guests who are just so busy in their usual
lives that bringing fridge and pantry provisions is something
they simply can't get to (they are often flat out just getting
a break!): This is where our 'assisted provisioning' can prove
invaluable!
It is also a good idea to be aware that our outside providers
of our 'special services' are sole operators, so they need to
deal with 'pre books' - there is a definite limit to how many
places they can be at one time!

If you have concerns about whether 'what you see/read is what
you get', please peruse our testimonials
and comments. Some guests have understandable reservations
about booking somewhere without having physically inspected.
Whilst we are always pleased and proud to facilitate inspections
- it is not always possible due to occupancy and the availability
of staff. In cases like this, 'testimonials' and contacting
past guests can prove a valuable tool
- If you plan to have your canine companion with you, please
be sure to check out our 'Dog Friendly
Policy' section.
- If you would like to know how we define 'self
contained', please be sure to read about it plus check our
further information and 'features'.
This will give you an idea of just what your tariff
'buys'.
- If you need clarity about the size of our homes, please see
the floor plans. You may find that
some of the measurements are difficult to read, however if you
take a 'gauge' off a familiar item - say - a queen sized bed....you
will be able to gain a reasonable idea of size/space.
We now have an availability calendar for all four homes! So
if you would like to know if we have dates to suit.......please
use them to discover how we can best fit in with your timeframes.
Some words about functions/events/parties: You may look
at our homes and consider (quite correctly) that they could
be lovely venues for private functions: Yes they are! Click

a function venue. Due to new and ever changing Public Liability
constraints, we have to consider each case individually. Documents
showing evidence of your Public Liability cover will need to
be received by us before venue hire bookings are confirmed.

Our latest addition: Is a swimming pool! It is situated
on the Coorabell estate and is available for the use of guests
staying in any of our homes (conditions apply).
It is my aim to provide high quality, self contained, dog friendly
holiday homes at a 'value for money' tariff...it is also my
aim to describe them fully on these pages.
After perusing fully, please let me know if there are some things
you would like to know that have not been covered....and I will
do my best to post such further information onsite.
