| This is because we are much more reliable to liaise with via email. We generally have a ten minute turn around on enquiry forms. It is also because ALL our information is onsite - we have no more to provide via telephone. | |

| YES. We are always pleased and proud to facilitate inspections when occupancy and staff availability allow. Generally speaking this means by appointment Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm. Of course only unoccupied homes will be included in the inspection. | |
